- The house has mains water, which is metered, and mains electricity. Cookers are dual fuel with electric ovens and gas hobs. (Gas for cooking is by butane bottles and easily obtained locally).
- The Masia has central heating throughout and a sophisticated system which ensures hot water on demand across all three floors. Temperatures can be set on individual floors via programmable thermostats.
- There are ample sockets and lighting points throughout all rooms.
- At the rear of the Masia is a water storage room, the Cisterna, which, in days gone by, was originally a wine store. The Cisterna now saves rainwater for the programmable garden irrigation system. In addition, there are twin oil tanks (total 1200 litres) for the central heating and hot water system. (7m2)
- A new sceptic tank and grease-separator have just been fitted suitable for a permanent 15-person occupation and caters for both the main house and the Casita. Outflow from the system is suitable and used for irrigation.
- In the grounds there is a discreetly located pool-room that houses the programmable filtration and pumping unit serving the pool.
